England had to come from behind in the showpiece match after Asia Hogan-Rochester crossed the line after five minutes, but it did not take long for the Red Roses to respond.
For the second consecutive World Cup final, Kildunne scored the opening try for England, before Cokayne and Matthews also got on the scoresheet inside the first 30 minutes.
With Harrison also scoring three conversion goals, the Red Roses were 21-8 up at the break, and their dominance continued in the second period.
Ward and Matthews scored either side of a second try from Hogan-Rochester, with the Red Roses cruising to victory in front of a women's rugby record 81,885 crowd.
