Summoner's Rift is beckoning, ready to once again become the iconic battleground all us League of Legends (LoL) esports fans know and love. Yes, LEC 2026 Spring (aka Split 1) has begun, promising months of top-tier action from the EMEA region. Let's jump in to discuss everything fans must know about the tournament.

As part of the Roadtrip structure, the LEC 2026 Spring takes place in multiple locations across Europe. Teams will compete live on LAN in Berlin, Germany, Madrid, Spain, and Évry-Courcouronnes, France.

The event runs from 28 March to 7 June 2026, boasting months of top-tier action that no LoL esports fan should miss out on. There are 10 teams competing at LEC 2026 Spring, duking it out for two spots at the Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) 2026 international event. The winner also earns a spot at the LoL EWC 2026 tournament.

LEC 2026 Spring's Regular Season portion runs from 28 March to 10 May, where teams will fight in one Single Round Robin group. Each team plays nine matches, and all matches are BO3, using the Fearless Draft system.
