LCS 2026 Lock-In delivered some upsets, with favorites such as Cloud9, Sentinels, and Team Liquid failing to qualify for First Stand 2026. While Cloud9 dominated the regular season, when it came to the Playoffs Stage, it was LYON who didn't pull any punches.

After narrowly making it through the regular season in 5th place with a 1-2 record (3-4 in games), LYON went on a huge streak in the Playoffs Stage of LCS 2026 Lock-In. The squad first smashed FlyQuest 3-0, and then took out Team Liquid in a convincing 3-1 victory.
