FISSURE Playground #1 results & highlights video

For the Dota 2 esports fans who couldn’t watch the FISSURE Playground #1 event live, check out our results and highlights video!

FISSURE Playground #1 was the first huge, S-Tier LAN event for Dota 2 esports fans to enjoy in 2025, and it definitely didn't disappoint. There were 16 teams competing for their share of the $1 million prize pool, and the playoffs finished on 2 February 2025 in front of a live crowd at the Sava Centar venue in Belgrade, Serbia. Here's how things went down with our results report and highlights video.

Results from FISSURE Playground #1

Following a grueling group stage, the 16 teams were cut in half, with only eight remaining for the double-elimination playoffs bracket, where all matches were BO3, except for the grand finale, which was BO5.

You can watch the video featuring choice highlights from the grand finale below, or continue reading, or both! We recommend both.

In the opening match, Tundra Esports kicked things into second gear and made their presence felt with a solid 2-1 win over HEROIC, who topped the group stage.

Tundra Esports then smashed Team Spirit with a 2-0 and Team Falcons with another 2-0 to complete their winner's bracket run and make it to the grand finale of FISSURE Playground #1. Team Falcons bounced back to beat PARIVISION 2-0 after two long games to claim their spot in the grand finale of FISSURE Playground #1.

In the BO5 grand finale, Team Falcons came out swinging, going up 2-0 and putting themselves one game away from lifting the trophy. That's when Tundra Esports showed their big-match temperament. IGL Neta "33" Shapira led the squad to a shocking reverse sweep, stunning the crowd and Team Falcons by winning three games in a row.

Congratulations to Tundra Esports, which won the $400,000 first-place prize and the FISSURE Playground #1 trophy, while Team Falcons received $170,000.
