Skylar Diggins was delighted to earn redemption in the WNBA All-Star game, and made history as Team Collier earned a big win over Team Clark.

Team Collier were 151-131 winners on Saturday, with team captain Napheesa Collier scoring a record 36 points, including four 4-pointers, which were added to the game.

Diggins, meanwhile, became the first player to record a triple-double in the All-Star game, as she finished with 11 points, 11 rebounds and 15 assists.

Diggins had finished last in Friday's 3-point skills challenge but bounced back with a stellar performance in Saturday's game to put that behind her.

"I was p***** that I got last in the skills challenge," Diggins said, smiling.

"We came out here to have fun, but I wanted to leave here with something. That's what I said when I got on the bus.

"I got such a talented group, I knew I had to find my niche elsewhere, so I started racking up the assists."

Nneka Ogwumike, meanwhile, played in her 10th All-Star game on Saturday, having been selected in the squad for the fourth consecutive year.

She is just the fifth player to receive 10 All-Star nods, along with Sue Bird (13), Diana Taurasi (11), Tamika Catchings and Brittney Griner (both 10).

Ogwumike also became the all-time WNBA All-Star leading scorer, thanks to her 16 points for Team Collier.

Reflecting on how far the game has come since she started, Ogwumike said: "I've been playing for a really long time. I loved this league before I even entered it.

"It's been amazing to see the evolution of this All-Star Game, of the fans, of the players. We have amazing players that are the foundation of this league and amazing fans that support us."
